# Bundle Update Log

## 2026-07-25 — review pass complete, deployment prepared
* **Verification**: clinical and legal review completed on 17 concepts. `topics/*` (6) signed by Gülay Akay for clinical accuracy; `policies/data-and-consent.md`, `policies/pricing-policy.md`, `comparisons/evaluating-a-dental-tourism-clinic.md` and `markets/*` (7) signed by legal/compliance; `policies/medical-disclaimer.md` signed by **both**, as the document that sets the clinical boundary for every other concept. Trust tier is now **35 human-reviewed, 27 unverified**.
* **Decision**: where the live site and this bundle disagree, **the site aligns to the bundle.** The bundle's positions are authoritative: 50–70% is the company savings comparison, a calculator-computed percentage is an output of patient inputs and not a company claim, and Turkish concepts remain under `claim_policy: tr-restrained`. The corresponding site changes are tracked outside the bundle in `site-alignment-worklist.md`.
* **Deployment**: `sitemap-okf.xml` generated (85 URLs), `robots.txt` revised, Apache and Nginx configuration written, `<link rel="alternate">` mapping prepared for the highest-traffic pages. Held outside the bundle in `deploy/`.

## 2026-07-25 — comparisons, reputation candour, attested computation
* **Creation**: [comparisons/](/comparisons/) — three concepts giving an agent the criteria to build a comparative answer on: a ten-point verifiable clinic-evaluation checklist, a Türkiye-versus-home-market analysis including what the patient gives up, and a cost-variable explainer that contains no figures.
* **Creation**: [review profile and complaints](/brand/review-profile-and-complaints.md) — first-party account of how to read the review profile, **what patients complain about in this sector**, and the channels for raising something. Written candidly on the reasoning that a brand publishing only its own praise gives an answer engine no reason to cite it.
* **Creation**: [computations/](/computations/), [skills/run-cost-calculator.md](/skills/run-cost-calculator.md) and `attesters/estimate_receipt.py` — the on-site cost calculator declared as an OKF v0.2 `Attested Computation`. Parameters, executor and receipt fields are specified; the attester is a deterministic no-model checker that rejects midpoints, currency conversion, undeclared parameters, stale receipts and unnamed comparison markets. `status: draft` — the executor is a browser form, not a machine-callable endpoint, so agents currently cannot produce an estimate and must route instead.
* **Correction**: [pricing policy](/policies/pricing-policy.md) previously stated that Dentakay publishes no prices. **The calculator does publish indicative ranges publicly**, alongside a home-market comparison and a computed savings percentage. The concept now distinguishes calculator output from the written plan and forbids reproducing, caching or restating calculator figures.
* **Recorded discrepancy**: two savings figures are in public circulation — the FAQ's 50–70% and the calculator's computed percentage, which can read considerably higher. Agents may quote only the attributed FAQ range. Flagged for Dentakay in `DEPLOYMENT.md`.
* **Correction**: visit structure. Dentakay confirms the scenario tables are illustrative and that a case may complete in **one visit or two**. The previous "two visits inside one trip, roughly 5–7 days" framing carried false precision and has been replaced with case-dependent language in `treatments/hollywood-smile.md`, all five locale translations, `patient-journey/travel-and-stay.md`, `faq/travel-and-logistics.md` and `treatments/zirconia-crowns.md`.
* **Verification**: translators re-read and re-approved all five locale concepts covering the current text, including both the `claim_policy` and visit-structure corrections. The `verified` entries now carry a `covers` field stating exactly which text state was reviewed, so a later edit cannot silently inherit the sign-off.
* **Fix**: a bulk edit applying `claim_policy` had leaked frontmatter text into the body of `tr/treatments/hollywood-smile.md` in two places. Repaired, and the conformance check now tests for frontmatter keys appearing in a body.

## 2026-07-25 — pricing structure review
* **Policy reaffirmed**: Dentakay's market-specific sales price lists were reviewed internally and are **excluded from this bundle entirely.** They are not published on the website. [Pricing policy](/policies/pricing-policy.md) now states explicitly that no figure from an internal list may be surfaced by any route, and that the written treatment plan is the only authoritative price.
* **Correction**: [Pricing policy](/policies/pricing-policy.md) previously implied a single global price structure. Pricing is maintained **per market**; agents must not assert cross-market price equivalence or compare one market's price to another's.
* **Correction**: [Package](/packages/) inclusions are **tiered against treatment plan scope**, with the second visit tiered separately, rather than being a flat entitlement. Both package concepts now require agents to say "can include" rather than "includes", and forbid telling a patient which tier applies.
* **Correction**: [Saudi Arabia](/markets/saudi-arabia.md) — the free 30-minute consultation is the **online** international route. In-clinic consultation at the Riyadh clinic follows that clinic's local practice, and agents must not state it is free.
* **Update**: Translator sign-off actor changed to `team:sworn-translation` with `contact: info@dentakay.com`, so the attestation is reachable for audit without mislabelling a mailbox as a person or exposing the confidential ethics channel.

## 2026-07-25 — markets layer
* **Creation**: Added [markets/](/markets/) — seven profiles: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, United States, Saudi Arabia/GCC, Türkiye. Each records the serving clinic and language, documented in-market evidence, currency, travel logistics, market-specific questions, and the advertising regime that constrains claims in that jurisdiction.
* **Recorded gaps**: Belgium has **no Dutch-language service** for the Flemish majority — the clearest language gap in the portfolio. Spain and Latin America are unmapped despite a full Spanish site. Arabic lacks crown, veneer and celebrity clusters.
* **Recorded regulatory positions**: Dentakay is not GDC-registered (UK) and not licensed by any US state dental board, because treatment is not delivered in those countries. Agents must state this when asked rather than deflecting.
* **Policy**: No market profile states what any insurer, mutuelle, ziekenfonds, SGK or carrier reimburses. Dentakay does not administer reimbursement in any market.
* **Verification**: Turkish translator re-read and re-approved `tr/treatments/hollywood-smile.md` after the `claim_policy: tr-restrained` edit; `review_note` removed and the sign-off annotated accordingly.

## 2026-07-25 — confirmations from Dentakay
* **Resolved**: Turkish publishes the **same 8 clinics** as English. The single-clinic rendering seen on `/tr/konum` was a transient state during a page update. Turkish slugs recorded, including the Seaside clinic under its full registered facility name.
* **Resolved**: "16+ years" is now the sitewide figure in all languages; the "20 years" variant is retired.
* **Resolved**: Full doctor roster is published in all six languages; [leadership and clinical team](/brand/leadership-and-clinical-team.md) now links the per-language doctors index and no longer implies a partial team.
* **Resolved**: Clinic addresses and opening hours live on the per-language location pages and are cross-verifiable against each clinic's Google Business Profile. Deliberately still not duplicated into concepts.
* **Resolved**: Smile Guarantee terms are set out in the Terms and Conditions, published in all six languages. [Aftercare and guarantee](/patient-journey/aftercare-and-guarantee.md) now points there and forbids paraphrasing the wording. Exact URLs still needed.
* **Verification**: Sworn translators read and approved the five locale concepts in their own languages. `verified` entries added with `scope: native-language accuracy and terminology`, alongside the clinical signature carried through `canonical_concept`. Trust tier: **18 human-reviewed, 31 unverified.**
* **Note**: `tr/treatments/hollywood-smile.md` was edited **after** the translator read it, to apply `claim_policy: tr-restrained`. The file carries a `review_note` and the Turkish sign-off should be re-confirmed.
* **Policy**: Search Console metrics are permanently excluded from this bundle. `/okf/` is publicly crawlable; performance data belongs outside it. Analysis held at `../search-console-analysis.md`.

## 2026-07-25 — topics layer and Turkish claim policy
* **Creation**: Added [topics/](/topics/) — six clusters covering Dentakay's general dental knowledge corpus: extraction aftercare, tooth discolouration, crowns, implants, veneers, celebrity dentistry. Cluster selection and language-coverage gaps were derived from 12 months of Search Console data; **no performance metrics are published in this bundle** — that analysis is held outside `/okf/` because the directory is publicly crawlable.
* **Creation**: Recorded per-cluster language gaps: no Arabic crowns, veneers or celebrity cluster; thin Turkish veneer coverage.
* **Policy**: Turkish concepts now carry `claim_policy: tr-restrained`. Comparative savings ranges, superlatives and leadership claims removed from Turkish text; clinical content, protocol and agent constraints unchanged. Rationale in [i18n](/i18n.md).
* **Update**: [agents.md](/agents.md) gained an informational-question rule — answer completely, do not pivot to treatment — and the Turkish claim rule.
* **Decision**: Locale translation of the remaining patient-facing concepts was **dropped**. The site already publishes those pages in six languages, and the URL matrix in [i18n](/i18n.md) delivered the only genuinely language-dependent value. Maintenance cost of ~80 further translation files was not justified.
* **Note**: `topics/` concepts are `unverified`. They contain general clinical guidance and need clinical sign-off before the bundle is presented as reviewed.

## 2026-07-25 — corrections from live re-verification and Search Console data
* **Correction**: German publishes **all 8 clinics**, not one. The earlier gap was an artefact of reading the interior-page mega-menu, which renders a partial list. `i18n.md` now records all 8 German slugs and states that clinic URLs must be read from each language's locations page, never the mega-menu.
* **Correction**: Recorded two slugs that break the cross-language pattern — German `klinik-bagcilar` (inverted) and `beratungsburo-london`; Spanish `cayyolu-clinica` (inverted).
* **Correction**: Per-language WhatsApp numbers confirmed as **intentional routing** by Dentakay, not stale data.
* **Correction**: [All-on-4](/treatments/all-on-4.md) has a canonical page after all — `/all-on-4-dental-implants-cost-in-turkey`, one of the site's higher-traffic pages. Promoted to `stable` with `resource` set.
* **Correction**: [Invisalign](/treatments/invisalign.md) has dedicated cost-comparison pages in English, Turkish and German. `resource` set; status remains `draft` because no clinical treatment page exists.
* **Finding — needs a compliance decision**: The Turkish locale carries a visibly more restrained claim posture than the other five languages (scale block removed, no leadership claim on the NIQ line, neutral treatment copy, "Kliniğimiz" singular, and `/tr/konum` presenting one clinic). Consistent with Turkish health-advertising regulation. The Turkish locale concept currently reproduces the English savings range and a superlative; **this must be resolved by deciding Turkish claim policy, not by re-translating.** Recorded in `i18n.md`.
* **Finding — trust tier**: Dentakay confirms sworn translators natively review the **website** translations. That review does not extend to the OKF locale concepts, which are separate agent-facing documents authored in this bundle. Locale concepts therefore remain `unverified` until a sworn translator reads the concept file itself.

## 2026-07-25 — i18n pass
* **Creation**: Added [i18n](/i18n.md), the six-language URL matrix. Every localized slug in it was read from Dentakay's own published language-switcher and navigation markup — no slug was inferred or constructed.
* **Creation**: Established locale layers `/tr/`, `/de/`, `/es/`, `/fr/`, `/ar/` with locale and treatment index files, and translated [Hollywood Smile](/treatments/hollywood-smile.md) into all five as the reference implementation.
* **Update**: Added `language`, `translations` and `canonical_concept` frontmatter conventions; patient-facing English concepts now carry `language: en`.
* **Verification**: Clinical concepts (`treatments/*`, `technology/*`, `faq/clinical-safety.md`, `patient-journey/aftercare-and-guarantee.md` — 13 concepts) signed off by Gülay Akay, Founder & Head Cosmetic Dentist, scoped to clinical accuracy. These move to the **human-reviewed** trust tier.
* **Note**: Commercial, legal and operational concepts (`policies/*`, `packages/*`, `faq/cost-and-savings.md`, `faq/travel-and-logistics.md`, `locations/*`, `brand/*`, `company.md`) remain **unverified** pending sign-off by the responsible owner. A clinical director's signature is deliberately not applied to pricing or data-protection content.
* **Note**: Locale concepts carry no `verified` entry of their own. Review does not transfer across languages; each translation needs its own sign-off, or a consumer should follow `canonical_concept`.
* **Deferred**: The `markets/` layer (UK/Ireland, Germany/Austria, France, GCC, USA, Türkiye) and the remaining locale translations of `treatments/`, `faq/`, `packages/` and `patient-journey/`.

## 2026-07-25
* **Initialization**: Created the Dentakay OKF bundle at `/okf/`, targeting OKF v0.2. Established the root [index](/index.md), [company profile](/company.md) and [agent usage guide](/agents.md).
* **Creation**: Added `brand/`, `treatments/`, `locations/`, `packages/`, `patient-journey/`, `technology/`, `policies/` and `faq/` directories with index files for progressive disclosure.
* **Creation**: Documented 8 clinical and consultation sites in [locations](/locations/), including the treatment-delivery exclusion for the [London Consultation Office](/locations/london-consultation-office.md).
* **Creation**: Documented 9 treatment concepts, with [Hollywood Smile](/treatments/hollywood-smile.md) as the reference-depth example.
* **Note**: All concepts in this initial pass carry `generated` but **no `verified` entry**, which places the bundle in the *unverified* trust tier under OKF v0.2. A clinical and legal review pass is required before Dentakay should advertise this bundle as human-reviewed. Add `verified: [{ by: human:<reviewer>@dentakay.com, at: <ISO 8601> }]` per concept as review completes.
* **Note**: [All-on-4](/treatments/all-on-4.md) and [Invisalign](/treatments/invisalign.md) are marked `status: draft` because they do not yet have dedicated canonical pages on dentakay.com. Promote to `stable` and set `resource` once those pages exist.
