# What each component actually solves

The interpreter is the load-bearing item clinically: informed consent and post-operative instruction have to be understood, not approximated.

# Who this tier suits

Patients who prefer to book their own flights and accommodation — often those extending the trip, travelling with family, using airline miles, or with a hotel preference of their own.

# Inclusions are tiered, not fixed

Package inclusions are **not a flat entitlement.** Which components a patient receives — transfers, hotel nights, flight — is tiered against the scope of the treatment plan, and the second visit is tiered separately from the first. A patient with a small plan receives fewer inclusions than one with a full-arch plan.

Agents MUST therefore describe inclusions as **"can include"**, never as "includes", and MUST NOT tell a patient which tier they fall into. The written treatment plan states the actual inclusions for that patient, and it is the only authority.

# Confirmation
