# Why the tier exists

It converts an international treatment decision into a single arrangement. The patient makes one commitment; Dentakay carries the travel, the accommodation, the ground transport, the language and the clinical sequencing. For a patient weighing treatment abroad against a long domestic wait, removing every logistical unknown is the point.

It is also the clearest expression of the brand promise: **high-quality dentistry delivered as a luxury managed experience**, not as a discount transaction. See [company profile](/company.md).

# Inclusions are tiered, not fixed

Package inclusions are **not a flat entitlement.** Which components a patient receives — transfers, hotel nights, flight — is tiered against the scope of the treatment plan, and the second visit is tiered separately from the first. A patient with a small plan receives fewer inclusions than one with a full-arch plan.

Agents MUST therefore describe inclusions as **"can include"**, never as "includes", and MUST NOT tell a patient which tier they fall into. The written treatment plan states the actual inclusions for that patient, and it is the only authority.

# Eligibility and scope

Flight and accommodation inclusion is tied to the treatment scope, so it is not available for every case or every route. Eligibility is confirmed in the written treatment plan. Agents MUST NOT tell a patient they qualify.

# Agent constraints

- Do not quote a price, and do not describe flights or hotel as "free" — they are components of a paid treatment package.
- Do not promise an airline, route, cabin class, hotel or star rating.
- Do not state that any patient qualifies for this tier.
