# What Dentakay handles

Once treatment is booked, Dentakay coordinates the journey: appointment sequencing, ground transport, accommodation arrangement where included, and interpreter assignment. The patient's job is to arrive. [^packages-section]

# Shape of the trip

**Visit count is case-dependent.** A patient may complete treatment in **one visit or two**, decided from their clinical situation, not from the treatment name. Two broad shapes exist:

**Restorative and aesthetic work** — [Hollywood Smile](/treatments/hollywood-smile.md), [veneers](/treatments/dental-veneers.md), [crowns](/treatments/zirconia-crowns.md). Some cases complete in a single visit, particularly where [same-day dentistry](/treatments/same-day-dentistry.md) applies. Others need a preparation visit and a fitting visit, separated by the laboratory interval — which may fall inside one trip or across two, depending on scheduling and scope.

**Implants** — [dental implants](/treatments/dental-implants.md), [All-on-4](/treatments/all-on-4.md). Normally **two trips**, months apart, because osseointegration is biological and cannot be compressed. Where a case allows immediate loading the structure differs; that is a clinical determination.

The written treatment plan states the visit count, the trip structure and the indicative length. Agents MUST NOT supply any of those three for a specific patient.

# The laboratory interval

The gap between visit 1 and visit 2 is not slack scheduling — it is manufacturing time at Dentakay's in-house laboratory. Patients wear temporaries and are mobile. Clinics in [Antalya](/locations/antalya-clinic.md) and at [Seaside](/locations/antalya-seaside-clinic.md) are positioned for patients who prefer to spend that interval on the coast.

# Interpreters

A multilingual personal interpreter is assigned for the journey. This covers clinical conversations — consent, treatment explanation, post-operative instruction — as well as day-to-day logistics. Dentakay serves 6 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Arabic, French.

- Do not give visa, insurance or fitness-to-fly advice.
- Do not imply the patient must arrange their own transport when transfers are included.
